Atlantic Settlement Funding, LLC
Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
Atlantic Settlement Funding, LLC ("Atlantic") is committed to ensuring that our websites — fundyourcase.ai, accidentcash.ai, injurycash.ai, and malpracticecash.com (the "Sites") — and our services are accessible to people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to learn about pre-settlement funding, structured-settlement purchases, and personal-injury legal services on equal terms.
Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
What We Have Done and Are Doing
- Design and development: We design and build the Sites with accessibility in mind, including semantic HTML, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alt text for meaningful images, keyboard navigability, and form labels and error messages that work with screen readers.
- Testing: We conduct periodic accessibility reviews using both automated testing tools and manual review with assistive technologies.
- Translation: The Sites and our key consumer documents are available in English, Spanish, and Russian to support language accessibility.
- Phone, text, and human channels: If any feature of the Sites is not accessible to you, you can reach us by phone, text, or email and we will assist you directly. See "Alternative Access" below.
- Continuous improvement: We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. We regularly update content and code, and we factor accessibility into vendor and tool selection.
Alternative Access
If you are having difficulty using any feature of the Sites, you do not need to use the Sites at all. You can reach us in any of the following ways and we will help you:

Reporting an Accessibility Issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Sites, please tell us. Your feedback helps us improve. When you report an issue, please include:
- The URL or page where you encountered the issue;
- A description of the issue;
- The browser, operating system, and any assistive technology you were using; and
- Your contact information so we can follow up.
Send your report to accessibility@atlanticsf.com or use any of the other contact methods listed above.
Limitations
Despite our ongoing efforts, some content and features may not yet be fully accessible — for example, third-party content, embedded videos, and integrations with third-party tools. We are working with our partners to improve accessibility across all parts of the Sites. If you encounter an inaccessible third-party element, please let us know and we will provide an alternative or work with the provider on a fix.
